United Nations from America

This Membership Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between United Nations from America ("Company") and the undersigned individual ("Member") as of the date of acceptance by the Member.

1. Membership Package

1.1. The Membership Package includes access to educational materials, including video courses and tests, as outlined in the membership program.

1.2. The Membership Package also includes the creation and delivery of certain trust-related documents, including but not limited to a Declaration, Security Agreement, and UCC-1 document ("Documents").

2. Membership Duration and Requirements

2.1. Member must complete the program within 30 days from the date of acceptance into the membership program. Failure to do so will result in the closure of the Member's account, and re-entry may require an additional fee.

2.2. The Member agrees to view all required video courses, pass all necessary tests, and fulfill any other program requirements within the stipulated timeframe.

3. Use of Trust Documents

3.1. The Documents provided as part of the Membership
Package are intended for educational and informational purposes only. They are not to be considered legal advice, and Company makes no representations or warranties regarding their legality, validity, or applicability to any specific legal situation.

3.2. Member acknowledges that Company is not a law firm and does not act as their attorney or provide legal services. The Documents are provided as templates, and it is the Member's responsibility to seek independent legal counsel if they intend to use them for any legal purpose.

4. Non-Refundable Membership

4.1. Member understands and agrees that any funds paid to Company for the Membership Package are considered non-refundable donations to Company, a private non-profit trust organization.

5. Signature Authorization

5.1. Member authorizes Company to place Member's signature on Documents prepared by Company, as necessary for filing and recording purposes to allow Company to fulfill its duties to Member.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. Member acknowledges that participation in the membership program and the use of Documents are voluntary and at their own risk.

6.2. Member agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Company, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the Member's use of the program, Documents, or breach of this Agreement.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

7.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Company's Trust in which Company's jurisdiction has been established.

8. Entire Agreement

8.1. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings.
