AMAX Pro

This Law & Professional Services Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between AMAX Pro and the undersigned individual ("Client") as of the date of acceptance by the Client.

1. Law & Professional Services

1.1. The Law & Professional Services includes all lawful, legal, and tax services provided to the Client, whereby the Client and AMAX Pro entered into agreement for payment and services to legally and lawfully handle, without limitations, Client’s financial and legal issues.

1.2. This Agreement includes other payments whereby Client has agreed to pay AMAX Pro a percentage of receipts from funds awarded to the Client due to the efforts of AMAX Pro.

2. Use of Information

2.1. Information provided as part of the Law & Professional Services are intended for educational and informational purposes only. AMAX PRO makes no representations or warranties regarding the applicability of the information to any situation.

2.2. Client acknowledges that AMAX PRO offers guidance and advice to Client for the betterment of Client's life style. Should Client feel uncomfortable with advise, Client is within their rights to seek a second opinion from other sources.

3. Non-Refundable Fee

3.1. Client agrees to payments as stated in invoice and  understands and agrees that any funds paid to AMAX PRO for the Law & Professional Services are considered non-refundable donations to AMAX PRO, a private non-profit trust organization.

4. Signature Authorization

4.1. Client authorizes AMAX PRO to place Client's signature on Documents prepared by AMAX PRO, as necessary for filing and recording purposes to allow AMAX PRO to fulfill its duties to Client.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1. Client acknowledges that participation in the Law & Professional Services and the use of provided information is voluntary and at their own risk.

5.2. Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless AMAX PRO, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the Client's use of the information provided by the program, Documents, or breach of this Agreement.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

6.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of AMAX PRO's Trust in which AMAX PRO's jurisdiction has been established, Maxims of Law, and Universal Laws.

7. Entire Agreement

7.1. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings.
